The local YMCA-YWCA fired Violet Legere after she lost her temper with a fellow employee. The judge ruled that Legere had been dismissed unfairly and that she must receive 15 months of pay as compensation. "Fuck off" is just a forceful and intense way to say "leave me alone," the judge wrote. He said Legere deserved credit for not adding a personal insult to her rebuke.
